Wentworth Institute of Technology marked National Hispanic/Latine Heritage Month with a series of events, including the AIX Reception in Watson Auditorium, pictured below.  

The Center for Diversity & Global Engagement recognizes the profound contributions and influence of Hispanic and Latine members of our community. This month is not only a testament to their rich histories, diverse cultures, and countless achievements, but also a pivotal opportunity for all members of Wentworth to come together in appreciation and understanding.

Campus to Host Interior Design Educator’s Council Conference

Wentworth Institute of Technology’s School of Architecture and Design will host the venerable Interior Design Educators Council (IDEC) 2023 East Regional Conference, and it’s not too late to register!  

Carrying the theme “Making Interiors,” this year’s event will take place on Wentworth’s Boston campus on Thursday, October 4 and Friday, October 5.  

Wentworth and NICMAR University from India Forge Partnership

On September 20 and 21, Wentworth Institute of Technology and the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) University from India hosted a Collaboration Summit to foster partnership and innovation between the two institutions through the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU). 

Wentworth Named to Several 'Best' Categories by U.S. News & World Report

U.S. News & World Report announced their 2024 higher education rankings this morning and Wentworth Institute of Technology has once again been named to several “Best” category lists.

The latest rankings reflect a university that earned a place in the Best Value Schools, Best Regional Universities, Best Colleges for Veterans, and Top Performers on Social Mobility in the Northeast categories.

Wentworth Adds Live Cams to Track Athletic Center Construction

Wentworth Institute of Technology has added two live cameras to allow everyone the ability to track the construction of the new Athletic Center. The cameras, which respectively look toward Mission Hill and Lower Roxbury, provide a 24/7 view of the construction progress.

Wentworth Awarded $225,000 Grant from Cummings Foundation

Wentworth Institute of Technology is pleased to announce that it has been selected as a grant recipient by the prestigious Cummings Foundation. The grant, totaling $225,000, will be provided over a three-year period, with an annual award of $75,000. This marks the second grant awarded to Wentworth by the foundation, following a successful $100,000 grant received in 2020 through the foundation's $100K for 100 Program.
